Hello and welcome to beautiful 境界の向こうへ.

Organizational Skills

Today, I want to tell you what I just learned last two weeks ago. ( why so long? Well, I just remembered it. Got a problem with that? )

Living in this world nowadays, you must not only raked through education through and through to succeed in your life. You have to be able to train your organizational skills, mainly your soft skills too. Did you guys know the words ‘Hard Skills‘ and ‘Soft Skills‘? :v

Hard skills; is in a normal way to phrase it, all of the raw educational skills you have learned until today. Math, Science, Law, Geography, etc. They are all included as hard skills. With only this knowledge, you may not be able to be a successful person. Frankly, who cares about math, science, law or geography when you only need to sit in front of your desk all the time finishing all your workloads.

On the other hand…

Soft skills; is how we interact and cope with people and problems / challenges / risks / dilemmas accordingly. Things like organizational skills, were all in fact, soft skills. Note that what I mean that with only soft skills you can be successful in your life too. If you do, then LUCK  might play a lot of part in your life. I envy you, you ba*****!

ORGANIZED!

These list some of the skills I noticed important for being a part in a global citizen which knows good Organizational Skills:

1. Know how to speak non-native language. At least you have to be able to speak English aside of your native language. ( if your native language is English, try to learn other well-know languages such as Chinese, Japanese, German, etc)

2. Informational Communications Technological Skills. You have to be able to use those ICT in the right way.

3. Numerical Literacy. You have learnt math all of your life, implement it on your work too.

4. International Experience and Global Mindset. Have a vast mindset not only limited to your own country, make it international.

5. Innovation. Every company search through thousands of applicants to search only one thing ( well not really ), INNOVATION. People with a lot of creative ideas tend to think outside the box and thus creating a new breakthrough for it.

6. Has several key aspect of soft skills: Self-management, Teamwork, Communication, Initiative & Enterprise, Problem Solving & Decision Making, and also Planning & Organizing.

These are the secrets of making a successful run when you are working in a company. Be that as it may, in the end, you have to keep on sharpening all of your skills. Hard skills and soft skills if not balanced carefully, may result in an imbalance of knowledge and led you to astray. Be very careful about that.

That’s all for this post, hope you readers liked it! Ciao~
